Key responsibilities
- Conduct structured conversations with pre-qualified individuals
- Share information about personal development and leadership education programs
- Use digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Zoom, and email for communication and engagement
- Apply simple marketing and outreach strategies to generate and manage enquiries
- Participate in ongoing training and personal development
- Manage your own schedule, workflow, and performance targets
About you
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in HR, administration, recruitment, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently with a high level of organisation
- Confident using digital tools and online platforms
- Demonstrates initiative, consistency, and a results-oriented mindset
- Interest in personal development and continuous learning
